Our plant is located in l Himachal Pradesh, India. Right from the state-of-the-art manufacturing expertise, Live Well Healthcare has a well-planned infrastructure with dedicated and segregated blocks for manufacturing tablets and capsules of General as well as Beta-Lactum group of medicines. Total built up area is more than 1,00,000 square feet including godowns and ancillaries. Facility was set up in 2010 and since then, has been continuously upgraded and expanded to churn out the products meeting highest quality standards. This has enabled us to make a name for ourselves in the contract manufacturing space enabling us to clock substantial growth over the last decade.
Research and Development
Live Well Healthcare supported by R&D and F&D departments, combined with well-equipped laboratories. We hire industry’s most talented personnel.
The objectives of R&D department is to enhance the consistency of formulations, developing new formulations, creating newer and novel dosage types, cost reduction etc. Live Well Healthcare has fully equipped Analytical development lab, Pilot scale plant for technology transfers and state of the art microbiological testing facility. Our facility has technical collaboration with various CRO’s (Clinical Research Organizations) to conduct various BA/BE studies and Clinical trials.
It is not just the latest molecules that we work on at the R&D centre, we are trying to make the current ones stronger. When it comes to patient compliance, improved bioavailability, patient comfort and doctor trust, we focus on simple things that make a world of difference and represent the ground we cover for patients along with our customers
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance team ensures that the quality is built into the processes and the systems to ensure that the quality of the products being manufactured is assured.
Quality Assurance is the maintenance of a desired level of quality in the product, especially by means of attention to every stage of the process of delivery or production. QA establishes and maintains set requirements for developing or manufacturing reliable products. A quality assurance system is meant to increase customer confidence and a company's credibility, while also improving work processes and efficiency, and it enables a company to better .compete with others. We believe that "Quality is not an act, it is a habit....".We have a well experienced qualified & competent dedicated technical persons in various departments. We have a team of more than 50 persons in Quality Assurance in our plant who take cares of various activities and ensure that all the activities are performed in accordance with the approved procedures and guidelines.
